DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Fyzical Therapy & Balance's Fight the Fall\, balan
 ce and fall prevention class. At FYZICAL\, fall prevention is one of the
  cornerstones of their mission. Their clinics across the country join to
 gether to “Fight the Fall” by spreading awareness of the danger of f
 alls and how falls can be prevented. Join us from 12 to 1 PM at the San 
 Marcos Activity Center on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month to fig
 ht your risk of falling. Each meeting will focus on static and dynamic b
 alance\, home safety\, balance strategies\, and education. Instructors w
 ill assess each person's level of confidence\, and instruct in strengthe
 ning and strategies that are specific for balance and general stability.
